• Consent to Record: You acknowledge that live coaching sessions may be recorded for the benefit of all students. By participating with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded.

• Usage: Recordings will only be shared within the private Speak with Confidence learner portal and will not be used for external marketing without an additional signed release from you.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
